Return & Refund Policy
We know that you have your choice of Suppliers in the Industry and thank you for choosing Novas Bio, Inc for your business. Our goal is to get it right the first time, but we understand that at times things can go wrong; we are here to help. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us in writing via email: email@example.com.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the proof of purchase. In the case that the item has been opened, used, and determined that there is a Quality defect Novas Bio will work with you to return the item either for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your item it will be inspected and you will be notified that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your Bank’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Novas Bio, Inc will be responsible for the return shipping if it is related to an approved quality defect.
