PCR Strip Caps
Our 8-Strip PCR caps are made from medical-grade polypropylene and designed to fit snugly on our 0.2 mL 8-Strip PCR Tubes and minimize evaporation during thermocycling. We offer them bundled as part of our 0.2 mL 8-Strip PCR Tubes, and also separately should your protocol call for a new set of strip caps to minimize contamination during your application.
Our caps come in three (3) different types:
- Frosted flat cap, for writing
- Optically clear flat cap, for real-time qPCR
- Optically clear flat cap, with recessed window for real-time qPCR. The recessed cap additionally minimizes contact with the optical surface of the cap.
